MacMillan Coffee Morning

On 27th September, I hosted my first coffee morning in aid of MacMillan Worlds Biggest Coffee Morning. 
Like so many people, I have friends and family who have been affected by cancer and  I wanted to do my bit and help raise money for MacMillan to ensure that no one will have to face cancer alone. 

Lots of friends and family attended the event and enjoyed a fabulous spread of cakes and yummy treats as well as good coffee made my lovely husband who acted as chief barista for the day.

As well as coffee and cake, ladies were able to enjoy pampering treatments and shopping, including jewellery of course! All stallholders donated a percentage of their proceeds to MacMillan.

Overall my event raised £120.00 for MacMillan. And as everyone knows,"every little helps".
